Delivery

Free DDP delivery (incl. Customs and Duties) worldwide for all orders over US$1,000. Your order will be shipped from our global Distribution Center so please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.

Faulty & Returns

We only accept returns if the products are faulty. If you received faulty products, please email wholesale@peppermayo.com within 7 days of receiving your goods and you will be refunded or credited for your faulty products.

US Retailers 

We require US retailers to complete the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate before we can ship the order.
